Sanitation Technician – 1st Shift (5am‑3pm, Mon‑Thu)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Sanitation Technician to join our first‑shift team (5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday‑Thursday). You will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and food‑grade environment that supports our growing snack‑production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly sanitation tasks according to the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and directions from the Quality Manager.
• Clean floors, walls, ceilings, equipment and moving stock using approved chemicals.
• Follow all safety and chemical handling standards.
• Execute both interior and exterior sanitation duties.
• Maintain food‑safety standards by keeping all facility areas spotless.
• Report any food‑safety, quality, or plant‑safety issues promptly.

Required profile

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment; prior sanitation experience preferred.
• Ability to hear, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong documentation skills and clear written communication.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, climbing, kneeling, and using a scissor lift.

Required skills

• Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with food‑safety compliance procedures.
