About the role

As a Salesforce Trade Promotion Management Solution Architect within PwC’s Pricing, Promotion, and Revenue Management team, you will lead the design and delivery of TPM solutions on the Salesforce platform, helping clients transform their trade promotion processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions.
• Translate functional TPM requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs.
• Conduct architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
• Oversee development teams to ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards.
• Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems.
• Optimize solutions for high‑volume TPM data processing and batch workloads.
• Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud.
• Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision‑making.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and implement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience, including 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM implementation.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
