Salesforce Senior Consultant – Functional Transformation

About the role

The Deloitte Customer team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead functional transformation initiatives on Salesforce platforms, delivering secure, scalable solutions that align with client business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce product development from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog with the Product Owner and serve as Scrum Master for two‑week sprints.
• Remove blockers, manage risks, coordinate dependencies, and drive accountability within the development team.
• Document accomplishments and deliverables through sprint summaries, status reports, demos, release notes, and UAT support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to travel 10‑30% and work onsite in Austin, Dallas, or Houston.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to lead projects in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer
