Salesforce Developer – Agentforce (AI-driven solutions & automation)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on building AI‑driven solutions using Agentforce, enhancing both customer and agent experiences through intelligent automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build and optimize Agentforce AI components, including virtual agents, automation flows, and intelligent service processes.
• Develop custom components using Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Configure and manage Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Leverage Einstein AI and Agentforce capabilities to improve business processes and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required skills

• Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce.
• Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, automation tools.
• Agentforce / Einstein AI implementation.
• Service Cloud (case management, omni‑channel, automation).
• Data modeling, sharing rules, security architecture.
• REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Version control and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications (preferred).
