Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Manager

About the role

The Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Manager will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions for our clients. Working within PwC’s Technology Consulting practice, you will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce applications and ensure successful adoption through training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud projects to improve client operational efficiency.
• Analyse client requirements and design tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop training materials and deliver hands‑on support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications.
• Manage project architecture, budgeting and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
• Guide teams in business process modelling and enterprise integration to enhance system performance.
• Utilise Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to drive innovative technology solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, providing feedback to leverage individual strengths.
• Validate project deliverables against professional and technical standards.
• Address conflicts and facilitate constructive conversations with stakeholders.
• Promote technology innovation and adopt emerging tools to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage project budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking to identify business opportunities.
