Salesforce Consulting Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a Salesforce Consulting Senior Associate to join its Business Application Consulting team. In this role you will work with clients to analyse their needs, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client data and business processes to identify opportunities for Salesforce optimisation.
• Design, configure and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives.
• Provide training, documentation and ongoing support to client teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring delivery of high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce consulting projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Salesforce (configuration, customization, integration).
