About the role

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Change Management Consultant to lead digital and organizational transformations for its clients. You will act as a thought leader, shaping change strategies and ensuring successful adoption of cloud‑based Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies across multiple projects.
• Champion change initiatives and collaborate with customers to define optimal user‑adoption approaches.
• Deliver training on built solutions and guide organizations through change implementation.
• Partner with super‑users to capture user feedback and incorporate it into deployments.
• Rapidly acquire new technical expertise on the latest Salesforce features and mentor team members.
• Analyze client culture and business strategies to identify change management opportunities and challenges.
• Apply proven change methodologies while considering psychological factors that drive behavioral change.
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and consulting partners.

Required profile
