Salesforce AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce AI Developer to design and deliver AI‑driven solutions on the Salesforce platform. The position is based in San Francisco and operates in a hybrid work model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and generative AI features using Salesforce Einstein AI and GenAI.
• Build custom business logic with Apex and create user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and automate processes using Salesforce Flow.
• Integrate external systems through REST APIs and manage data access with SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Implement security, sharing rules, and compliance settings across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Maintain version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver iterative enhancements.

Required profile

• 13+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development and AI integration.
• Demonstrated expertise in building AI agents, prompt engineering, and generative AI solutions.
