Sales Trainer & Performance Coach

About the role

The Wedge Group seeks a dynamic Sales Trainer & Performance Coach to deliver its proven sales methodology to insurance agencies across North America. You will work directly with producers, agency leaders, and business owners, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions that drive revenue growth and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate in‑person and virtual workshops on the Wedge sales philosophy.
• Lead one‑on‑one and group coaching conversations to improve sales performance.
• Teach and support the implementation of Bignition, the company’s sales operating system.
• Assist agency leaders in embedding habits, disciplines, and systems that sustain growth.
• Provide actionable feedback and hold participants accountable for results.

Required profile

• Background in commercial insurance or employee benefits sales.
• Proven experience building a book of business and prospecting.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing sales talent.
• Ability to engage producers, leaders, and executives confidently.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both live and virtual.
