About the role
We are seeking a forward‑thinking Sales Trainer who is passionate about developing people, improving performance, and helping sales attorneys reach their full potential. In this role you will design, deliver and continuously improve sales training programs that equip teams with the skills, confidence and tools needed to serve clients and achieve exceptional results.
Key responsibilities
- Assess sales performance and identify improvement opportunities through observation, feedback and coaching.
- Enhance and maintain scalable sales training curricula.
- Develop engaging physical and digital training materials, including videos, presentations, guides and case studies.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs for new sales attorneys.
- Conduct individual and team coaching sessions focused on strengths, development areas and performance metrics.
- Monitor sales KPIs and measure training effectiveness.
- Create and facilitate role‑playing scenarios.
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers to continuously improve programs.
- Report on training impact, including sales performance improvements.
- Maintain organized records of training materials, participation and associated costs.
- Partner with leadership to reinforce best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach or similar role.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in‑person, coaching and web‑based learning.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide up to 20 weeks per year.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with e‑learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
