Sales Stylist – Retail (Miami, FL)

About the role

Levi’s® Retail is seeking a Sales Stylist to deliver exceptional customer experiences in its Miami, FL store. The role blends product knowledge, sales expertise, and visual merchandising to uphold the brand’s heritage while driving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co. history and product lines.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging and pricing.
• Maintain store visual standards and general housekeeping.
• Execute rapid floor refill and inventory replenishment using RFID‑enabled processes.
• Utilize basic technology tools, including iOS devices and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent and adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Experience with RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
