Sales Stylist – Retail Fashion Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Stylist to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our White Plains store. You will blend fashion expertise with customer‑focused service to help shoppers discover the perfect look while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and promotional offers, aligned with Levi’s service standards.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promote the brand’s omni‑channel experience.
• Address and resolve consumer concerns in accordance with company policy, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, execute floor sets, manage markdowns, and replenish inventory while maintaining visual standards.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and up‑to‑date with industry trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale transaction processing.
• Inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
• Basic knowledge of store visual merchandising.
