Sales Stylist (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join the Levi’s Outlet in Cabazon as a Sales Stylist, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment. This part‑time position supports store operations, merchandising, and the overall brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, and floor merchandising.
• Support pricing updates and maintain visual standards.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Follow store safety, security, and loss‑prevention protocols.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Attributes: structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency, especially iOS devices.
• Device troubleshooting and ability to read technical manuals.
• Familiarity with RFID inventory systems.
