Sales Stylist – Boston Seaport

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Stylist to bring the Beyond Yoga brand to life at our Boston Seaport location. You will create a welcoming, hospitality‑driven environment where customers feel seen, heard, and inspired by the brand’s active‑lifestyle ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales results by executing initiatives that exceed targets, increase foot traffic, and improve key performance indicators.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience through deep product knowledge of fabric, fit, and function, converting visitors into loyal shoppers.
• Lead community‑building activities such as in‑store events, pop‑ups, and clienteling to grow brand loyalty.
• Maintain store standards, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all operating procedures and health protocols.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture by providing continuous feedback and celebrating team achievements.

Required profile

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel or activewear.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service and wellness.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lb and reliable transportation.
