Sales Specialist – Landscape Design

About the role

Harmony Design Group, a premier landscape architecture and construction firm, is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences across New Jersey and New York.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, goals, and project needs.
• Develop and present proposals, pricing, and design concepts in collaboration with the design team.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through signed contract.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Partner with design and construction teams to ensure seamless project handoff.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community events, and industry relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a service‑based industry such as landscaping or construction.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience managing multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Aspire experience is a plus).

What we offer

• Base salary plus commission, with Year 1 compensation expected to be $85,000–$115,000+.
