Sales Representative – Title and Escrow

About the role

You will be the face of our office in the Miami Beach community, building relationships with real estate agents and lenders to promote our title and escrow services. This role blends sales, education, and event coordination to create lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and meet with local real estate agents and lenders to cultivate relationships and sell title and closing services.
• Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and provide information that persuades them to use our services.
• Serve as the go‑to resource for agents and lenders, offering expertise and support.
• Leverage social media to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Design and conduct workshops to educate agents on industry developments.
• Report meeting outcomes to managers and prepare weekly performance reports.
