Sales Representative – Storm Restoration (1099)

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As a Sales Representative you will work in the field, meeting homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods, assessing damage, and guiding them through the restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted neighborhoods to identify property damage and introduce Premier Roofing services.
• Meet with homeowners, conduct inspections, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team, and oversee projects through completion.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing skill‑development programs.

Required profile

• Coachable and eager to learn; prior sales experience is not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during storm season.
