About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As a field Sales Representative you will work directly in storm‑affected neighborhoods, meeting homeowners, assessing damage, and guiding them through the restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure a follow‑up conversation.
• Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team through project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn roofing fundamentals, insurance processes, and sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently in the field and build relationships with homeowners.
