Sales Representative – South Miami & Aventura

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to expand Tower House’s presence across the southern Miami metro, covering Aventura and the surrounding South Miami area. You will work directly in the field, building relationships with sports clubs, retailers and other local partners to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling and proactive outreach.
• Visit sports clubs, teams, and leagues to build relationships and secure orders.
• Pitch products to big‑box retailers and large chains throughout the region.
• Sell to a variety of channels, including local shops, schools and community organizations.
• Manage and grow your own sales territory across Aventura and South Miami.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in sports apparel or retail.
• Comfortable with cold calling and in‑person prospecting.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and resilient.
• Strong knowledge of or genuine passion for sports apparel and the local sports scene.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Resides in or near the Aventura/South Miami area.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
