Sales Representative – Off-Premise (Route 232)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage off‑premise accounts on Route 232 in the Boca Raton area. You will work with leading retailers such as Publix, Whole Foods, Fresh Market and Walmart to grow the sales of our beer, wine and spirits brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow an efficient daily routing pattern to cover assigned accounts.
• Visit each account to identify sales opportunities, complete required surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage back‑bar and well‑bar placements.
• Maintain product inventory on shelves, restock where legally permissible, and conduct staff training on priority brands.
• Process credits, returns and aged receivables, and collect payments where allowed.
• Address customer issues, provide service in extenuating circumstances, and coordinate with management as needed.
• Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals set for supplier brands.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to travel to customer locations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced selling environment.
