About the role

Home Genius Exteriors, a fast‑growing home improvement leader, is seeking driven, competitive individuals to join as full‑time, W‑2 Outside Sales Representatives. You will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver in‑home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high‑ticket sales.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
Present financing options and close sales.
Build lasting customer relationships.
Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

Sales experience preferred, not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 min drive).
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
Weekend availability (6 days/week).
Industry experience is a plus.
