Sales Representative – Independent Retail – South Bay

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to grow and manage account relationships in the South Bay area. The role focuses on maximizing sales of supplier brands through planning, execution, and strong customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit accounts on a daily route, conduct surveys, ensure compliance, and deliver professional sales presentations.
• Maintain product inventory, restock shelves where permitted, and provide staff training on priority brands.
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives by tracking pricing, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
• Collect payments, process credits/returns, and support new account openings with Field Sales Manager.
• Handle customer issues responsibly and conduct safe interactions with alcoholic beverages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to lift 45‑65 lb, reach overhead, squat and bend as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.

What we offer

• Base salary $75k‑$100k plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
