Sales Representative – Home Improvement (Hybrid, NJ)

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors, a fast‑growing home improvement company, is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its team. The role focuses on in‑home sales of roofing, siding, windows, gutters and doors, offering a six‑figure earning potential with uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2‑3 pre‑qualified homeowners daily and deliver in‑home presentations.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close high‑ticket sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 minute drive).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, competitive mindset with weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
