Sales Representative (Entry-Level B2B)

About the role

Join ADP as an Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative focused on small‑business clients (1‑49 employees) in the Greenville territory. You will introduce prospects to ADP’s payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and other cloud‑based solutions while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and sign new small‑business clients for ADP services.
• Sell additional solutions to existing accounts and deepen relationships across the ADP portfolio.
• Set appointments, gather leads from business partners, and assess client needs to present tailored solutions.
• Work independently in the field and collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador, maintaining high ethical standards.
