Sales Representative – Chains – Mid County

About the role

We are a leading company in the beer, wine and spirits sector seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow our chain accounts in the Mid‑County area of Redondo Beach, California. The role involves direct customer interaction, product promotion and achieving sales targets for our supplier brands.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned chain accounts on a daily route, develop efficient routing patterns and conduct regular account visits.
• Identify sales opportunities, conduct surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, manage back‑bar placements and promote specials.
• Maintain product inventory on‑site, restock shelves where permitted and monitor stock levels.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
• Process credits, returns and manage receivables, collecting payments where legally allowed.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on new account openings and opening orders.
• Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals set by management and ensure optimal brand visibility using point‑of‑sale materials.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for customer visits.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
