Arterial Account Manager - Bay Area (Peripheral Vascular)

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Arterial Account Manager for the Bay Area, working remotely with a high degree of autonomy. The role drives growth in Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) across the Artix and LimFlow product portfolios, partnering with interventionalists, vascular surgeons, service line leadership and internal teams to build and scale PAD and LimFlow programs in assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs in PAD and CLTI populations
• Build alignment with physician champions and hospital leadership
• Drive adoption through clinical excellence, therapy education and program-building
• Create demand and grow long-term franchise value for Artix and LimFlow
• Coordinate account plans with VTE Account Managers using shared targets and aligned messaging
• Present clinical and financial benefits of the devices to physicians and administrators
• Evaluate new products, gather customer feedback and share it with Product Development and Marketing
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings, and take part in regional weekly calls
• Share customer acceptance issues with executives and work with Medical Education on clinical content for national calls
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Area VP and Senior Medical Education Manager on new hires and account assignments
• Support in-house and infield training, including agenda and content creation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 6 years of demonstrated successful sales experience
• At least 4 years preferred in peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience
• Consistent quota attainment
• Able to travel extensively, including overnight to client sites, 70-80% of the time
• Preferred: 2+ years in Stryker or Inari sales, and previous experience in the peripheral arterial space
