About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners recover from storm damage. As a Sales Representative you will work directly in affected neighborhoods, meet homeowners, assess damage and guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process. This is a field‑based, commission‑driven position with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected areas to identify property damage and introduce Premier Roofing services.
• Meet homeowners, conduct on‑site inspections, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Explain repair options and assist homeowners throughout the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team until project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Coachability and willingness to learn sales and roofing fundamentals.
• Ability to handle rejection and persistently follow up with prospects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
