About the role

Pursuit is seeking a Sales Recruiter to source and place elite sales talent for client companies in the Medical Device, SaaS, Technology, and other B2B industries. The role is based in Dallas and operates within a fast‑growing, culture‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

Identify, engage, and recruit top sales professionals for external client organizations across multiple B2B sectors.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in sales recruiting, general recruiting, or B2B inside/outside sales.
Must reside in or near Dallas (office located in Deep Ellum).
Competitive mindset with a strong drive for success.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions paid quarterly.
