Sales Project Manager

About the role

The Sales Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of sales‑related projects across the assigned market. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while coordinating internal and external resources.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, deliverables, scope, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Lead projects from initiation through design, execution and closure, managing scope changes and risks.
• Build and manage project teams, allocate personnel, budget and materials, and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders, manage expectations and report metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and support leaders to create business cases, communication plans and delivery timelines.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive measurable outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading projects, including large technical initiatives.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, diplomacy and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other PC productivity tools.
