Sales Operations Specialist (Bilingual English/Chinese)

About the role

The Sales Operations Specialist will support the Fort Worth Service Center by managing service opportunities, coordinating order lifecycles, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, production, and customers. Bilingual English‑Chinese fluency is required to interact with headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales to manage booked service opportunities and align expectations.
• Oversee end‑to‑end gearbox service orders from component induction through final delivery.
• Track weekly backlog, WIP, finished goods and storage inventory; produce monthly performance reports.
• Extract and normalize data from ERP systems; analyze sales, inventory and service trends.
• Maintain CRM and internal tracking tools for serial number control and visibility.
• Schedule awarded projects, provide status updates, and monitor weekly backlog.
• Develop and maintain order release documentation and ensure traceability.
• Lead work package completion, gather technical documentation, and coordinate invoicing with finance.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain or related field.
• Experience with project management practices and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data for business modeling and decision‑making.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese for communication with HQ teams.
