Manager, Commercial Analytics & Sales Enablement

About the role

Alcon seeks a Manager, Commercial Analytics & Sales Enablement to serve as a technical analytics subject matter expert for the Americas Commercial organization. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, you will partner with Commercial Leadership, Sales Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of sales dashboards, KPI reporting, business intelligence, and self‑service analytics solutions.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and operational excellence through scalable workflows and analytics technologies.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and business impact metrics to ensure analytics products deliver measurable value.
• Communicate insights, recommendations, and strategic updates to commercial and senior leadership teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial or sales analytics.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL and data extraction/ETL processes.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight or similar BI platforms.
• Experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS Analytics Services, and Python.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
