Sales Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own and optimise the end‑to‑end sales engine of our AI‑driven robotics startup. You will build and maintain the systems that enable the sales team to move from first contact to signed contract with speed and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain CRM hygiene and configure HubSpot/Salesforce instances from the ground up.
• Design and run outbound automation sequences using Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft.
• Manage legal documents (contracts, NDAs, SOWs) through DocuSign, Ironclad or PandaDoc.
• Plan and execute company presence at industry tradeshows and conferences.
• Identify, test and integrate AI tools such as Claude, Gong, Chorus or ChatGPT to boost sales productivity.
• Organise sales content in Notion, Highspot and Google Drive and generate performance reports in Looker and Salesforce.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in sales or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Hands‑on experience building or rebuilding a CRM system.
• Proven track record of drafting and managing sales contracts.
• Experience planning and delivering tradeshow or conference initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy AI tools that measurably improve team efficiency.
