Sales Operations III (B3)

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Sales Operations III (B3) to ensure accurate and timely sales reporting and support business processes for its semiconductor and display equipment business.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports, dashboards, KPI reports, and revenue numbers, including commits, targets, overrides and disconnects.
• Implement new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures.
• Train and support end users on accessing reports and business processes.
• Support sales and business processes, standards and tools; participate in design, development and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards.
• Provide business continuity support for sales processes, forecasts and related issues.
• Create customized ad‑hoc reports by extracting data from internal databases and summarize data for management.

Required profile

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in sales operations and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Acts as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with manageable risks.
• Solves complex problems, exercises judgment based on multiple information sources, and possesses strong analytical skills.
• Impacts a range of customer, operational or project activities within own team and related teams.
• Effectively explains difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Tableau (plus).
