Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth for Yacht Haven Grande by expanding club membership, selling events at Harbor 360, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role combines proactive sales efforts with brand visibility and on‑site advertising to maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase club membership and event bookings.
• Actively sell and manage private, corporate, and community events across the property.
• Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, vendors, yacht owners, and community partners.
• Track leads, follow up consistently, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Plan and execute social‑media marketing campaigns to promote events, memberships, and property offerings.
• Coordinate digital and print advertising, including signage and on‑property placements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and guest‑facing materials.
• Collaborate with operations, vendors, and clients to ensure successful event execution.
