Sales & Lifestyle Consultant (Lease-Up) – The Fieldston of Fairway

About the role

The Sales & Lifestyle Consultant (Lease‑Up) drives occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction for The Fieldston of Fairway community. Combining leasing expertise with vibrant lifestyle programming, the role attracts new residents and creates a thriving, engaging environment for current occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full sales cycle: greet prospects, qualify leads, give tours, and close leases.
• Process applications, run screenings, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move‑ins.
• Maintain prospect data in CRM systems (Entrata, Hyly) and track all follow‑up activities.
• Monitor market trends, assist in developing marketing specials and outreach initiatives.
• Execute creative prospect follow‑up (calls, emails, thank‑you notes, delivery items).
• Ensure show units, amenities, and tour paths meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support lease renewal process, including notices, resident meetings, and document finalization.
• Plan, coordinate, and run 2–5 daily social, cultural, and wellness events, handling setup, breakdown, and supplies.
• Maintain a monthly event calendar and community news updates.
