Sales Executive, Lawgent (USA)

About the role

Lawgent is a modern law firm for businesses advising on AI and data, GDPR, digital regulation, financial regulation and commercial law, with clients in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia. It is building a sales team in the USA and is hiring a fully remote Sales Executive. You will sell Lawgent's legal services and advisory engagements to US companies doing business in Europe that must comply with GDPR, the EU AI Act and other EU regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach US companies that need EU regulatory and data protection expertise
• Book meetings, present Lawgent and close deals
• Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat engagements
• Work with the lawyers to put together the right offer for each client
• Build your own network of partners and referral sources

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally of professional or consulting services
• Takes initiative and drives deals forward without waiting to be told
• Strong business sense and enjoys client contact
• Fluent spoken and written English
• A plus: experience in the legal sector, compliance or consulting
• A plus: knowledge of GDPR, the EU AI Act or other EU regulation
• A plus: an existing network among decision makers in the USA
