Sales Director - B2B SaaS

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company to find a Sales Director who will shape and scale the sales organisation. This fully remote, senior leadership position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Build and develop the sales organisation, establishing processes, targets and performance frameworks.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs and revenue objectives, providing regular performance insights.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting and CRM activity, analysing market trends to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English with proven senior sales leadership experience.
• Strong track record of building and scaling sales teams in start‑up or scale‑up environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach to sales leadership.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for pipeline and forecast management.
• Proficiency in sales KPI tracking and performance analytics.
