Sales Development Representative – Talent Pipeline

About the role

Inspira Education is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative who will focus on building a talent pipeline rather than traditional sales. Working side‑by‑side with the founders, you will apply SDR prospecting techniques to identify, engage, and nurture candidates for key positions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founders to source and maintain a pipeline of candidates for open roles.
• Research prospective candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Craft and send personalized outreach messages to build relationships over time.
• Track candidate activity and status in the applicant tracking system.
• Refine sourcing strategies based on candidate response data.
• Support ad‑hoc projects as priorities shift.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in an SDR or comparable outbound prospecting role.
• High energy, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and consistent follow‑up.
• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize messages quickly.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a large active pipeline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate research.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
