Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SMB

Searchable is building the future of AI‑powered search visibility. As platforms like ChatGPT reshape discovery, the company helps brands understand and optimise their presence. The SDR will own the top‑of‑funnel for SMB accounts across the U.S., handling rapid inbound replies and high‑volume outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to every inbound sign‑up and lead within minutes, ensuring speed‑to‑lead.
• Run high‑volume outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone, testing and refining sequences.
• Qualify prospects quickly using a BANT‑style framework so the sales team only receives demos worth taking.
• Partner with marketing on cohort campaigns, webinars and ICP targeting, and feed prospect insights back to product.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an SDR in a high‑velocity SaaS sales motion in the U.S.
• Deep understanding of how small businesses purchase software—fast, price‑sensitive, and often self‑served.
• Comfortable handling a high daily volume of calls and emails while maintaining quality.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding meeting and pipeline targets in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with a CRM system.
• Proficiency with a sequencing/outreach platform.
• Familiarity with a qualification framework such as BANT.

What we offer

• Base salary of $70,000 with an OTE of $105,000 per year.
• Equity participation in the company.
