Sales Development Representative

About the role

Coinflow is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to fuel revenue growth by generating qualified sales meetings through high‑volume outbound prospecting. The SDR will focus on cold‑calling fintech, banking and crypto firms, initiating conversations and booking demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high number of outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the fintech, banking and crypto sectors.
• Articulate Coinflow’s value proposition and qualify prospects for interest, need and fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Business Development Representatives, providing detailed context and notes.
• Follow up with interested prospects via phone and email to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate call logs, outcomes and meeting records in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily call targets and monthly meeting quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts, objection handling and messaging.

Required profile

• Comfortable spending the majority of the day on outbound calls.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence.
• Resilient and persistent in a quota‑driven environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage follow‑ups effectively.
• Interest in sales, fintech and payments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and dialing tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, fintech, payments or crypto products (preferred).
