Sales Development Representative - Health

About the role

This full‑time position is based at a leading holistic health and wellness clinic in Hawaii. As a Sales Development Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective and returning patients, guiding them from initial inquiry to booked appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive a high volume of calls, targeting at least 150 outbound dials per day to new leads, existing patients, and follow‑ups.
• Answer incoming calls with a professional, warm, and authoritative tone.
• Schedule appointments for services such as IV Therapy, Acupuncture, and Naturopathic consultations.
• Follow up on website leads and re‑engage former patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Address common patient objections regarding pricing, insurance, and treatment decisions with empathy.
