Sales Development Manager – Milwaukee

About the role

Join Bosch's Business Development team to bring innovative power‑tool solutions to commercial contractors in the Milwaukee market. You will act as the primary voice for Bosch on job sites, partnering with distributors and end users to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Visit construction sites and tool cribs to demonstrate new products and achieve annual new‑business targets.
• Build relationships with contractors, understand their tool usage, and position Bosch solutions as the preferred choice.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to drive sales of corded and cordless power tools, accessories, and measuring tools.
• Partner with marketing and local teams to plan and execute dealer events, on‑site demonstrations, and trade‑union activities.
• Maintain a pipeline of top job sites, becoming a product and application expert for the market.

Required profile

• Willingness to work directly on job sites and engage contractors where they work, buy, and learn.
• Strong communication skills to convey the Bosch story and turn new customers into loyalists.
• Ability to meet or exceed defined sales targets.
• Comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.
