About the role

Diablo Tools, a brand within the Bosch Group, is looking for an outgoing and highly motivated Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting a multi‑state territory and ecommerce accounts while delivering exceptional service to professional users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a multi‑state territory and ecommerce accounts, focusing on upselling, new program pre‑selling, and product placements.
• Align dealers with the company portal and drive inside‑sales initiatives.
• Review daily orders, ensure same‑day processing, and resolve errors by coordinating with customers, sales reps, operations, and accounting.
• Provide high‑level support to existing customers, prospects, end‑users, and sales managers via phone, email, and portal.
• Continuously develop skills to support sales and service initiatives and contribute to company growth objectives.
