Sales & Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)

About the role

Diablo Tools, a division of Bosch Group, is looking for an energetic Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage a multi‑state territory and e‑commerce accounts. The role combines inside sales initiatives with high‑level customer support, driving growth while ensuring a seamless order experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a multi‑state territory and e‑commerce accounts, focusing on growth and service.
• Execute inside‑sales initiatives such as upselling, pre‑selling new programs, and introducing new product placements.
• Process daily orders accurately, collaborating with customers, sales reps, operations, and accounting to resolve issues and ensure same‑day processing.
• Provide high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and portal for existing customers, prospects, end‑users, and sales managers.
• Support sales and service initiatives through continuous skill development and alignment with company growth objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced, results‑driven sales or customer service environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
