Sales Coordinator – Resort Sales

About the role

The Sales Coordinator for Resort Sales provides essential clerical and logistical support to the Convention Sales team, assisting Sales Managers with client‑facing activities and high‑volume communications. This full‑time, hourly position works onsite and reports to the Sales Director.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers with sales opportunities, pre‑arrival details, and all related clerical work.
• Prepare logistics and documentation for client site visits and sales trips, including travel arrangements, research, and sales kit preparation.
• Handle guest and partner communications via email and instant messaging, managing dining reservations, backstage clearance, ground transportation, ticket purchases, and Disney World product inquiries.
• Enter data for documents and contracts, request park venue reservations, and coordinate venue space moves.
• Correspond with vendors, partners, and VIPs regarding client amenities, group history reports, expense reports, and audit files.
• Prepare and ship materials and packages as needed.

Required profile

• Current or previous Disney experience.
• Minimum 6 months in a complex guest‑service or administrative role.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry processes and workflows.
• High proficiency with Excel reporting and Outlook communication.
• Ability to quickly adopt new technology and applications.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with leaders and partners.
• Proactive ownership of tasks and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment.
