Sales Closer – High-Earning Home Improvement Role

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors, a fast‑growing home improvement company, is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its team. The position is a full‑time, W‑2 Outside Sales Representative who will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver in‑home presentations, and close high‑ticket remodeling projects.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2‑3 qualified customers daily and conduct in‑home inspections.
• Recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors based on homeowner needs.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 min commute).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Availability to work weekends (up to 6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
