Sales Business Development Specialist (Remote)

About the role

WM Sols is seeking a professional Sales Business Development Specialist to drive international B2B growth. The role is fully remote and focuses on the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify international leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork and Clutch.
• Manage the end‑to‑end B2B sales process, including outreach, meetings, proposals and negotiations.
• Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with foreign clients via email, LinkedIn, Zoom and other channels.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with international customers.
• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably in the IT/software sector.
• Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional tone; a strong US accent is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Required skills

• Lead generation on LinkedIn, Upwork and similar platforms.
• Cold outreach techniques.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales management systems.
