Sales Associate (Stylist) – Retail – Tempe, AZ

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a customer‑focused Sales Associate (Stylist) to join its Tempe, AZ store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create an engaging shopping experience, promote the brand’s heritage, and support store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, suggest outfits based on trends and promotions, and promote the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Handle cash transactions and process merchandise operations including shipment receipt, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards, stock shelves, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong customer empathy.

Required skills

• Cash handling.
• Merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, replenishment systems).
• POS system operation.
