About the role

Join the Levi’s® Outlet Store in Vacaville as a Sales Associate, where you will represent an iconic brand and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company’s history, heritage, and product line.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling guidelines and store security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Maintain store visual standards and general housekeeping to ensure an inviting shopping environment.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum of 1 year customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
