Sales Associate – Retail Store (Clinton, CT)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its Clinton, CT store. The associate will deliver exceptional customer service, support store operations, and help drive sales while upholding the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage, and product line.
• Provide exceptional service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, & Close.
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing as needed.
• Maintain store visual standards and general housekeeping.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Perform basic technology tasks such as iOS device use, troubleshooting, and reading technical manuals.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow technical training manuals.
• Experience with RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
